Terms of service.

These terms apply to work by SUN REPAIR & SERVICE LLC ("we"), a Florida limited liability company, document L26000224555, Miami, FL 33135.

Estimates

The estimate is free and does not commit you to anything. It is based on what you tell us, your photos or what we see on site. If something hidden shows up once work starts (for example, damage behind a wall), we tell you and do not continue without your approval.

The work

Before we start we agree with you on what will be done, the price and the date. Materials are bought by whoever we agree on in the estimate. We do handyman work; jobs that require a licensed contractor in Florida (new electrical or plumbing work, roofs, air conditioning) we do not do, and we tell you so.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a date, let us know as soon as possible by calling (832) 869-6812 or titoperdigon1991@gmail.com.

Payment

How and when you pay is agreed in the estimate, before work starts.

If something is not right

Tell us and we will look at it with you.
